Our Warranty covers you for a period of 3 years from the date of sale on the bolt work of the safe, 1 year on all mechanical locks and 1 year on the electronics' which in the event of a Defiance safe locking system or electronic system no longer functioning in accordance Defiance Safes will be happy to provide you of the service/replacement of faulty parts. 

If a service agent is asked to look at a warranty issue, and has found either fowl play or misuse has taken place. All charges will be passed onto the client and possible cancellation of warranty.

Defiance Safe Co reserves the right to select if required the method of warranty. Defiance Safe Co must arrange any appointments necessary in respect to warranty.

Lifetime guarantee includes the replacement of any Defiance Safe fire safe that is burnt in a fire. We would need evidence that the fire is legitimate and a written testimonial. The Lifetime guarantee is for swapping the burnt safe with a new equivalent model only. It does not include opening, freight or installation of the old or new safe.

Exclusions to warranty

Batteries No warranty claims will be accepted on batteries or resultant  damage caused by leaking batteries.

Lost Combination Lost or missing combinations are not covered under warranty.

Damage The warranty does not cover any damage that is found on the safe after delivery.

Theft The warranty does not cover theft of any kind including content or the safe itself. Please contact you insurance company for further details.
